Udaan Social Empowerment Trust and Flight Foundation USA – (“Udaan-Trust”) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. This privacy statement discloses the information collection and disclosure practices for our Website https://udaan-trust.org/ (“Site”). By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described herein. We reserve the right to change this privacy statement at any time. If we make any material changes to our privacy statement, we will post a new statement on the Site and update the effective date set forth above. Therefore, we encourage you to check the date of our privacy statement whenever you visit the Site to see if it has been updated since your last visit. If you object to any of the changes to our Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of our Site as your continued use shall constitute your consent to the changes.

Collection of Information
Site Browsing: Users can browse the Site anonymously. We do not require the users to identify themselves or reveal any Personal Information while browsing through the Site. However, users may not be able to access certain sections of the Site or interact with us without supplying us with Personal Information. For instance, users would not be able to make any donations at the Site, without providing the Site with Personal Information.

Personal Information
The “Personal Information” will comprise the following: Name, Email, Contact Phone number, Credit/Debit Card payment processing details.

General Information
While users are browsing through the Site, the Site may automatically record some general information about their visit such as:
(i) the date and time of the visit, along with the address of the previous website user was visiting (called as Referring website)
(ii) the type of browser used (such as Chrome version ‘X’)
(iii) the IP Address and/or Geographical location

The General Information is not Personal Information. Udaan-Trust tracking system does not record personal information about individuals or link this information to any Personal Information collected from the user.

Usage of Information
We use personal information internally to communicate with and extend our relationship with our donors. This will include sending you email updates on the utilization of the donations and the activities conducted by Udaan-Trust. A User can request to opt-out from the email updates at any time sending a request to info@udaan-trust.org.

We use the General Information for tracking overall traffic patterns on the Site and to gauge the public interest in our activities.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Except as set forth in this privacy statement, we do not disclose, sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personally identifying information collected at our Site to any third party. We will disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Internal Analysis and Operations: We may use and disclose information about you for our own internal statistical, design or operational purposes, such as to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and understand demographic, user interest, and to improve our services. We may outsource these tasks and disclose personal information about you to third parties, provided the use and disclosure of your personal information by these third parties are restricted to performance of such tasks. We may also share personal information with third-party vendors who assist us in performing internal functions necessary to operate our business. We require our third party vendors to keep such information confidential and to only use the information for the purpose it was provided.

Transaction Processing: We may disclose personal information to third parties as necessary to perform services or to process transactions for you, such as credit card processing. We or our service providers may contact you to complete the transactions you have requested by any methods available including via e-mail, telephone, regular mail or other means.

Deletion of Personal Information
You can request to delete your Personal Information from our systems by sending an email request to info@udaan-trust.org from your registered email address. The information will be deleted from our systems within 5 business days.

Donation Refund Policy
Udaan-Trust takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions are given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or, if the donor would like to cancel his donation, we will respond to the donor within 7 business days of receiving a valid request for a refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card instrument used during the transaction.

The donor will have to send an email request for a refund within 5 days of making the donation to info@udaan-trust.org from their registered email address along with – Transaction Id, Transaction Date, Amount of Donation, Last 4 digits of the Credit Card.
