Enrolled in 2018, Navya Sri completed her B.Tech and secured a placement at TCS. Coming from a family where her father runs a small printing press, she initially struggled with career choices after intermediate. Udaan guided her toward Data Science, provided a laptop for learning, and offered continuous mentorship. Through workshops and mentorship, she gained confidence and technical skills. Now aspiring to become a Data Scientist, Navya is a testament to how Udaan empowers girls to achieve their dreams.

Enrolled in 2018, Sonali completed her B.Tech and is now employed at Accenture. Coming from a family of daily wage laborers, she faced financial and career uncertainties after her 10th grade. Udaan provided her with financial support, mentorship, and career guidance, helping her choose the right path. Through workshops, she gained confidence, improved communication skills, and overcame stage fear. Udaan also gave her an internship opportunity at NetElixir, providing real-world exposure. Now, with aspirations of becoming an entrepreneur, Sonali is a testament to how Udaan transforms lives and empowers young women to achieve their dreams.

Enrolled in 2018, Veneela overcame financial challenges to complete her education and is now an Application Developer at Accenture. Udaan provided financial support, mentorship, and workshops that boosted her confidence and communication skills. A 3-month internship from Udaan added value to her resume, helping her secure a job. Her journey reflects Udaan’s role in empowering young women to achieve their dreams.

Enrolled in 2016 Graduated 2021 and earned a job placement at Hitachi Vantara as an Associate Software Engineer. Became an Udaan Mentor in 2022, Anu is the youngest among three sisters in her family and is now the first to complete her Education right from Grade 10 to College. In her free time, she loves to draw. After securing a job, her household income has increased 280% to that of before being enrolled onto UDAAN

Enrolled in 2016 Graduated in 2021 with a BTech CSE from the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and earned a job placement in Accenture as an Advanced Applications Development Associate, Swathi and her brother were raised by a single mother who worked as a daily wage earner. She has a very curious nature and is interested in learning about new technologies and sharing her knowledge with others. After securing a job, her household income has increased 300% to that of before being enrolled onto UDAAN

Enrolled in 2017 Graduated in 2022 with Commerce and Taxation; interns with NetElixir’s finance department. Vaishnavi is hoping to continue her education to earn an MBA in finance. She loves to dance, play handball, and draw whenever she can. Dreams of becoming a financial accountant. After beginning her career in finance, her household income has increased 100% to that of before being enrolled onto UDAAN
