I first met Swathi on December 28, 2015. She was a 10th-grade student at the Government School for Girls in Moosapet, Hyderabad, India. She was one of the three girls (out of a class of 108) who raised her hand when I asked a simple question – how many of you believe you can score 80% marks in your 10th-grade exam.
